Our Financial Aid Options.

For many families, we understand that the choice to send your child(ren) to an independent school requires a sacrificial commitment to invest in your child’s education. Because of that, we offer financial aid, in the form of a tuition discount, to those who qualify based on financial need. There are no athletic or merit based scholarships. Financial need is determined by an evaluation through FACTS, a third party organization that assists schools in collecting financial data to help determine aid qualification. Factors such as household income and expenses, assets and debt, and the number of attending children are all considerations in determining awarded aid. All financial aid award decisions are made by the school’s Administration/Board of Directors.

Parents are required to submit an online application through FACTS that includes documentation of items such as W-2’s and tax returns. All aid is awarded on the basis of financial need as demonstrated through the FACTS report; however, the RCA Administration/Board of Directors, not FACTS, makes the final decision on aid amount. After the report of qualification for assistance is received from FACTS, financial aid is awarded according to a predetermined percentage.

Applications for financial aid must be completed yearly; aid amounts may change year to year; the amount of aid a family receives for one school year does not guarantee the same amount in subsequent school years.

In order to be eligible to receive financial aid, a student must maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA at Rossville Christian Academy.

RCA is committed to protecting the privacy of its families; therefore, all information received by the Business Office is held in the strictest confidence.
